Return & Exchange Policy
Kristi's Keepsakes will accept returns or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. The antique's need to be in the same condition when they were purchased. For full refund or exchange, mail out item within 21 days from the receipt of original order date. Items must be returned with tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
